Who operates this site
Quiveld is personally operated by Quinn Ren. There are no user accounts, registration, payment processing, public message boards, or visitor uploads.
Storage and analytics
The site may save your chosen interface language in browser localStorage. An explicitly requested language URL always takes priority. No advertising, marketing pixels, Google Analytics, or Cloudflare Web Analytics are enabled by this site’s code. Your browser may also cache ordinary website resources.
Hosting infrastructure
Cloudflare provides hosting and CDN services. Service-related request data may be processed to deliver and protect the website. This does not mean that no data is ever processed. Infrastructure settings remain subject to the hosting provider and the owner’s configuration.
Planned email channels
Contact and feedback addresses are not yet verified or active on this site. Once enabled, email will be handled through Apple iCloud+ Custom Email Domain and the relevant email service providers. Quinn Ren personally handles correspondence to respond to inquiries, discuss technical questions, and consider feedback. No form, helpdesk, automated reply, or AI support bot is used.
Correspondence and retention
Messages are not used for advertising or marketing and are not displayed publicly by default. Mail is kept for legitimate correspondence needs and reviewed for reasonable periodic cleanup. Important or legal correspondence may be kept as reasonably necessary; no fixed six-month retention promise is made.
AI assistance
AI may assist with generalized technical questions that contain no visitor personal information. Visitor personal information and original private messages are not submitted to AI.
Privacy inquiries
Once a contact mailbox is independently verified, privacy and deletion inquiries can be sent through the Contact page. Requests will be reasonably verified and handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Until then, the site does not offer a verified email channel; do not send sensitive information to the planned addresses.
Policy updates
This notice may be updated when website features or service arrangements change. Material changes will be reflected here. This notice is not a claim of independently certified legal compliance.
